RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
■ Cook’s names are to be kept secret!
■ Each entrant should bring minimum of 4 quarts of chili to kitchen staff 8:30 – 11:30 AM. Tasting begins at 12:30 PM.
■ Participants will be the judges. Tasting cups, spoons and condiments will be provided as well as hot dogs, drinks and desert.
■ Voting ends at 2:00 PM. Award ceremony at 2:30 PM or upon completion of auction.
■ Trophies for most flavorful, most creative and spiciest.
■ Bring your own supply of antacids and facial tissues.
■ Live auction begins at 2:30. Numerous items including Coach Pitino signed basketball, Coach Charlie Strong signed footballs & helmet, IU basketball tickets/parking, Belle of Louisville cruise, Derby Dinner Theater, hand-made hair decorations, hand-made quilted table cloth, U of L Women’s basketball tickets, accommodations at Kintner House Bed & Breakfast, Sonicare dental system, SwissGear picnic set, $250 gift card @ Watson’s, pack ‘n play, original oil painting, china plate, chocolate basket, movie night basket, home-made pies and more.
